Friday 5th June

Welcome Party

19:30 - 23:30

Dress Code: Summer Chic
We can’t wait to kick off our wedding weekend and celebrate with you! 
Coaches will depart the METT Hotel at 19:15 sharp. Please be in reception by 19:10 latest so we can get everyone there on time.
Return coaches back to the METT Hotel will be running at 23:30. 

Saturday 6th June

Padel Tournament

15:00 - 18:30

Address: Racquet Club Villa Padierna, Calle Adriano, 29688 Estepona (opposite the METT Hotel)
 
We will be hosting a padel tournament. Guests are welcome to take part or to come along and watch.
For guests taking part, timings are as follows: 
15:00: Meet at Clubhouse 
15:30: Tournament begins 
17:30: Knockout rounds conclude
18:30: Prize giving at the Clubhouse

Sunday 7th June

Wedding Day

16:30 - 00:00

Address: Finca La Concepcion, Istan, 29602 Marbella
Tish: 15:45
Guests seated by: 16:15
Chuppah: 16:30
After party: until 02:00
Dress Code: Black Tie 

Coaches will depart from the METT Hotel at 15:00 sharp. Please be in reception by 14:45 latest, as the coaches will not wait!
Please note that all men are invited to join the Tish. A shaded area with drinks will be available for ladies before the chuppah.
Return coaches to the METT Hotel will be running from 00:30 onwards.

Travel & Hotels

COACHES

Coaches will be provided to and from the METT Hotel for both the welcome party and on the wedding day. If you’re staying elsewhere please feel free to make your way to the METT Hotel for coaches.
Coaches will depart promptly so we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before departure.

Hotel reception will also be able to help if needed.

HOTELS

We’ll be staying at the METT Hotel in Estepona. For another option nearby, there is also the Flag Hotel. 
Julie Shields has secured preferred rates at both hotels for our guests. To enquire about availability, please email her at [email protected] with your dates, guest names, and room preference.

AIRPORTS

The two closest airports to Marbella are Malaga Airport (AGP) and Gibraltar Airport (GIB). These are both approximately a 45-minute drive from the METT Hotel. 
Taxis and Ubers are available at both airports. Alternatively, there is  a bus service into Marbella.
